NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF AGENT
REGARDING MAY 3, 2025 ELECTION

TO: ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ELECTION FOR BASTROP-TRAVIS
COUNTIES EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. I

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of Bastrop-Travis Counties Emergency Services District No. 1, acting pursuant to Section 31.123, Texas Election Code, has, by these presents, appointed Kelli Carlton of The Carlton Law Firm, P.L.L.C., attorney for the District, as the duly authorized agent of the Secretary (the "Agent") for all purposes for the District's election (the "Election") to be held on May 3, 2025. The office of the Agent is located at The Carlton Law Firm, P.L.L.C., 4301 Westbank Drive, Suite B-130, Austin, Travis County, Texas 78746, a location outside of the District, and the telephone number is (512) 614-0901.

The Agent will be available for election duties for at least three hours each day, during regular office hours, on regular business days, beginning on March 14, 2025, the 50th day before the election day, and ending no earlier than June 12, 2025, the 40th day after the election day. The Agent will maintain and make available for inspection and copying those documents described in Section 31.123(c) of the Texas Election Code and shall receive any personally delivered document relating to the election that the undersigned is authorized or required to receive. Additionally, the Agent shall hereby be authorized to perform any ministerial duties  in connection with the election that may lawfully be perfonned. 

This notice shall be posted continuously on the board used for posting notices of meetings of the District during the time period described above.
